Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature ...

„I give this a great review because of price and location. If the price was higher I would have nitpicked things like the ikea like furniture. There is no light over dining room table. But for the price, no complaints. Nice to have a garage. Very narrow garage door, but deep garage. I parked a Suburban in there. If I owned this place I would put nicer furniture throughout, add dining room light, put tv’s in bedrooms, drop a hot tub on the rooftop deck, and raise the prices by 50%.“
