The place is very quiet and clean. A lot of beautiful plants. The employees there are friendly. Easy walk to all the attractions in the town. Resturant are easy to walk to .

4 stars overall because the Fridge was not working. The staff did offer to move me but I decided not to. The staff speaks zero English, but they have translator app ready which was really nice. The maids turn the A/C and open the window which lets all the bugs in and makes it hot, I did not like that. There was no water in the room when I arrived so I asked the front desk and they gave me a free water right away, very nice. Overall this was a good stay and I would recommend to anyone wanted to see San Benito, many good places to eat walking distance and 2 malls.

I just need a place to crash that won’t be a headache to find for family, friends, and taxi drivers. The rates are reasonable. Customer service is pretty good. This is the second year in a row I’ve stayed here. I might reserve here again next time.

Location, good room, clean. I did have issues with internet and cable TV, but not enough to be a bother. I suggest the front desk to notify guest that if they park blocking another car, leave key or room number ( I did ) to move car. I was blocked for 2 hours and missed important appointment. Having said that, I would definitely stay with them again.

This Hotel is a low-budget (economical) hotel, located in one of the better parts of San Salvador (San Benito). Although basic, it had all I needed to make my stay comfortable, and the staff was all very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again.

¡EXCELENTE opción! ¡Nos encantó!
El hotel en general una muy buena opción, bien ubicado, limpio, todo funionaba (A/C, elevador, ducha, TV, etc.), ¡quedamos muy complacidos con haberlo elegido para nuestras dos noches de estaría!. La atención de Tatiana y Rafael fue maravillosa, super amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos y el personal de la cocina también muy amable. ¡Todo MARAVILLOSO! Una única recomendación, en el tercer nivel hay unas escaleras que dicen "restringido" pero solo las bloquea una macetita de unos 20 cm de alto. Yo iba con mi bebé caminando como un metro adelante de mí pues se supone ya solo estaba el pasillo, ¡y justo le llamó la atención ver para abajo! Afortunadamente yo me percaté y lo aparté, y ya no lo dejamos caminar solo por ese tramo. Les sugiero que pongan un bloqueo más formal y seguro.
