A beautiful self-catering villa with everything you need to enjoy your holidays in peace and tranquillity.

On entrance to the villa you have the hallway to the lounge, with a smart TV, comfortable L shaped sofa and chairs, coffee table, and free WiFi to connect all your devices. You have secure folding back patio doors leading out to the terrace with amazing views. The lounge also has air-conditioning available upon request at an additional charge.

Bedroom one features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, air conditioning - available upon request and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/ shower combination.

Bedroom two has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning upon request, chest of drawers, bedside table, and patio doors with shutters that opens to the terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. Newer appliances include a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, Coffee machine, electric hob and an oven.

This Villa has a beautiful terrace to enjoy fantastic golf and sea views! The terrace is complete with a stone barbecue area and a table and chairs that seat 4 and is not overlooked by neighboring villas, to enjoy alfresco dining with fantastic views. Total privacy. Lastly, there are four loungers with cushions for your enjoyment.

The resort has 3 swimming pool, one a children's pool and one of which is heated, there are sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
