Hotel ist gut erreichbar vom Flughafen aus und mit dem Uber sind es ca. 10min in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles war in Plastik verpackt und die Auswahl auch überschaubar.

Muy bien ubicado, walking distance de Condado y hasta del Viejo San Juan si se quiere caminar un poco mas. Restaurantes, playa y todo cerca. El tema de aparcamiento es lo único que es un poco complicado y caro.

There is a park 10 minutes from the hotel. Super pretty you can enjoy the view watch the sunset. Theres also a beach very close. I love this hotel.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not for you. Its a basic hotel to sleep in and thats it. Only one restaurant to eat from and if you are looking for nearby activities or entertainment there's none. The hotel's attendant is located in the 2nd floor. Oddly, there's an employee sitting behind a counter in the lobby all day, basically getting paid to do nothing. If you ask him anything, he doesnt know. Overall it was ok but I wont be booking here again.

Los canales de la televisor, son del 20 al 30 solamente. la puerta del la ducha da problema para cerrar. la bañera tiene problema para abrir el agua. la nevera, frisa todo. En el parking muchos jóvenes en corillo chillando goma y haciendo alboroto fumando y haciendo de la suya necesita guardia de seguridad en el parking. Pero el desayuno el área el servicio de los muchachos excelente. Y una buena vista volveremos de nuevo.

They do their best to keep the hotel clean, but the hotel is old. Things are falling apart; I came in one night after visiting, and water was coming from the fridge to the floor; I thought there was a flood somewhere ; then went to take a shower ; the towel rack was almost off the wall. Other than that ; they do have free breakfast; which is decent. The location was also convenient ; I still enjoyed my stay with no issues; however.

I had read mixed reviews, some great, some not ... with one star and wasn't sure what I would get once there, but booked it anyways. The room was clean, modern, and there were no funky smells. The kitchenette had, 2 wine glasses, dishes and silverware for 4, a sink with good tasting water, a small fridge and a microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the exception of some of the room cleaning service who seem to have a chip on their shoulder who knows why -some reviews on this were spot-on. Overall, I give this stay 9/10. Keep up the good work for those with the nice attitude, customers like myself are really happy about it and appreciate your great manners!

Parking is offsite and you have to walk an extended distance. Not convenient when carrying luggage. No amenties, no pool no gym no restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is offsite and was sub par with limited menu. Room smelled like mildew and humidity. Not a pleasant way to sleep. Cleaning of bathroom was poor. Hair in drain, blood stains on bathroom vanity. Linen and towels were limited and of poor quality.

Our Suite was very dirty, I ask them to clean it. Breakfast service was the same every day also they reuse leftover food from last day. Kinda gross
