Ocean Park is a residential, oceanfront, pedestrian-oriented community in San Juan. Ocean Park is one of the forty San Juan, Puerto Rico neighborhoods. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, close to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Ocean Park is one of the island's primary neighborhoods near the beach.

Guest will access the entire apartment and property common areas, such as the pool and coin-operated laundry.

The three bedrooms provide havens of relaxation and privacy. Each room is thoughtfully designed with plush furnishings, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

This 3-bedroom apartment in the upgraded gated community offers the epitome of coastal living. From its elegant interior to its proximity to pristine beaches, it provides the perfect sanctuary for a peaceful and luxurious lifestyle. So come, immerse yourself in the beauty of this space, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

We provide parking in the building’s garage free of charge. Parking in San Juan is limited. We recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Isla Verde being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail.

Construction is currently taking place in the building from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time). Noise may be present during these hours.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Check-out time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please keep in mind that any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

The apartment is on the second floor with stairs leading to it.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you'll need to feel to get you started and feel right at home. You'll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We've also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we've included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We've also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

For stays over 28 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement to accommodate the stay. All guests will be required to verify their information, including a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety and the safety and well-being of our neighbors and homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we can confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or have a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released within seven days after check-out to cover any incidentals that may occur at the property. Please reach out to our team if there are any questions or concerns.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.
