„TLDR: Outstanding! --but for the rest of you looking for my experience on this jewel, read on. The owner, Mark, was quick to respond to my questions before we booked the property. He was also there to greet us when we arrived to check in and give us a quick overview of the property. The property is just like you see in his photos. „This was a perfect room for a weekend getaway. Great location and check-in was smooth, the host was quick to respond to our questions. The stairs are tricky to maneuver so take the elevator. We did not use the kitchen, but was very clean. The bathroom is small, there's not much room between the toilet and sink. The bed was very comfortable and made up for the lack of space in the bathroom. We had a garage assigned to us but that was a tight squeeze, so we parked in the parking lot. ...

„Overall our stay was great! We only stayed one night, bc it was a last minute decision. The property was in a great location with access to two pools. Communication with the owner was very prompt and fantastic. It was a comfortable stay for 8 people. Thank you for your hospitality. “

„We had a good stay. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was very big and had lots of extras. The beds were very comfortable. Nice back patio too. The outside is a little deceptive. Doesn't quite match the inside. We originally thought it would be a little more cottage like. We appreciated the fact that it was dog friendly. A little fenced in area for the dogs would have made it even better. “

„House was exactly what we needed for our group of 11! The large open family room dining area/kitchen is PERFECT for this size of group. Elevator came in extra handy in transporting bags to bedrooms unpo arrival and departure AND when grilling food. Loved the rooftop deck in the early mornings for sunrise and sunsets. Close to downtown nightlife and close to the beach. Bunkroom is a little small for 5 people to stay in ... I would suggest switching the 1st floor master suite to a multi bed room ...
