Please note the sofa bed is approximately 64 inches long and may not be suitable for taller guests. An armchair and ottoman are available to extend the sleeping area if needed.

Private guest access is located through the right-side gate of the property with a separate entrance to the suite.

Guests also have access to the shared outdoor kitchen, gazebo, and backyard seating areas.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Depending on availability, we may be present in the main house during your stay. We are happy to interact as much or as little as you prefer and are always available if needed.

PARKING

HOUSE RULES

• No shoes on beds or furniture
• Please notify us in advance if bringing a pet (pet fees may apply)
• Park on the left side of the driveway near the garage
• Notify us before having visitors
• No smoking inside the suite
• Smoking is permitted outside in the gazebo area
• Unauthorized guests beyond the reservation count are not permitted

Additional guests not listed on the reservation may be charged $50 per night per guest and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
