Im gesamten Hotelbereich war den ganzen Tag über relativ laute Musik. In den Restaurants waren aus unser Sicht die Tische nicht am Abend ausreichend ausgeleuchtet.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming. Our stay far exceeded ecxpectations, especially since this was our first visit to Cabo. We came for a wedding and was skeptical traveling to Mexico. We felt very safe and everyone made us feel very welcome.

Unique property that goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable- I would definitely enjoy revisiting. Went for my birthday and they decorated my room with birthday balloons and banners, and left me a number of yummy treats to celebrate my day- so so so sweet. The vibe is modern yet bohemian and chic all at the same time, very Instagramable. Really no need to eat anywhere else other than on property, very safe and many delicious restaurant options. I was given a room butler and that came in so handy. Any time we wanted reservations or had questions on the entertainment on property we just sent her a text. She was also the one who executed my bday surprises! Entire staff was friendly, helpful accommodating. With my VIP upgrade I thought they might upgrade my room, but they did not. I enjoyed the turn down service and loved the room nonetheless, it far surpassed expectations. Best to Uber around Cabo and Los Cabos, not sure why these taxi’s all charge x3 an Uber. Highly recommend the Viceroy.
