As advertised

We stayed Feb 23-March 7, 2025. My kids aged 20 and 22 were along with us.The property is exactly as advertised, clean, great view and guests were all very quiet. The road noise is extremely loud with engine retarder brakes all day and into the night. It is so loud you need to stop speaking and cant hear music playing right beside you.A car is highly recommended as most things are quiet a long ways unless you really like walking which we did.Was very nice to sit and watch whales breaching continuously. Beach is swimable but not without water shoes as its very rocky.. Stephany was easily the best host we’ve ever had and we have had at least 15 so far. She is super helpful and responsive.. No real surprises other than no safe on site.. As the title says it’s very much as advertised

Lovely beach front Condo

It is certainly dated but clean, comfortable and the pool, beach access, and gym met the need of our family. The location of the complex is on the highway and the midpoint of a downhill grade. In Mexico it is still common for large trucks to use airbrakes which are incredibly noisy. We did expect some noise from the highway, but that was a lot more than expected. We were there for almost 3 weeks and had a wonderful time.

Great condo on the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had lovely morning walks on the beach, coffee and happy hour on the large deck and some sunset hot tubbing. The beds were really comfortable, the shower had enough pressure and hot water and we appreciated that the condo had beach towels as well.We had great communication with the host before arriving. Elvira met us when we arrived and gave us a walk through. They allowed us to keep our luggage there for a short time after checkout since our next condo wasn’t ready yet and we didn’t have a car. We really appreciated that as it allowed us to have time to check out the Estuary. This condo has everything you need and more! Right on the water, close to beach restaurants and is complete with pool, hot tubs and gym. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo on a great property! Great location for surfing!

Loved this condo! The interior was Baja beachy and so cute. We also loved the extra wide balcony. Stephany was responsive and very helpful. We met Elvira the on-site manager and she is AMAZING. When we had a question about the beach locker, she and Elvira were both responsive. The street noise was an issue the first night for our little who was in the bedroom closest to the street. She also refused to use a sleep machine or wear earplugs that night. But after she was willing to wear some earplugs we had brought she was totally fine. We LOVED the property! Pool and hot tub were great. We loved the beach access and surf shop being right next to us, as well as the restaurants that we could walk to. Our son could surf whenever he wanted. Stephany also had great recommendations for local places and activities. Next time we stay here we will get our daughter surf lessons from the surf shop. The teachers there were amazing based on our observations of other families getting lessons.

So fantastic. We can't wait to go back.

We truly appreciated everything about this condo and the description was right on the money. While Stephany mentioned the traffic (which is noisy from the deck), we had no issue sleeping at all. AC and ceiling fans, washer / dryer and dishwasher were on my list as must-haves and they did not disappoint. We had 6 people and between the deck spaces, the pool, the beach and the dining/living room, we had tons of room. Right on the water at the Rocks and Zippers. Very neat and tidy both inside and out. Lots of parking and the security people were very nice. Right across the street from a super friendly surf shop. 50 paces from two on-the-beach restaurants. We rented a car from Cactus at the airport. Fantastic and we were glad we had it because you can't walk to shops from the condo but we didn't care. The condo HOA is well managed - no surfboards on the grass (they have lockers), no music at the pool and the pool closes at 10:00. With everyone getting up at sunrise to surf, it was great to have a quiet place. If you are a surfer, take booties. They do have sea urchins. We are already planning to come back.

Great location, not far from airport and grocery stores. Beach area is not crowded. Pool area is well maintained. On property staff are very professional and friendly. Road traffic nearby is pretty loud at times. But overall a wonderful place to stay, enjoy the sea & sunshine & get a little surfing in.

Great place to stay for surfing and beach time

Great condo within the complex as it is on the corner - therefore large outdoor patio and no neighbors. Great beach and surf break, nice pool and spa. Close to San Jose del Cabo which is a great vibe with bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Cactus rental car company (NOT enterprise!!!!) and Live Spa for massages in San Jose del Cabo.

The condo is right off the water from The Rock surf break and across the street is a rental shop to pick up boards. The location is also close enough to San Jose to easily take an Uber to town. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great condo in nice facility.

The condo itself was great as was the communications with the property manager. Two things to be aware of is that there is a lot of road noise being right beside the highway and many of the other condo users/owners are elderly and thus unfriendly to noisy kids - other owners made us feel unwelcome.

Surfing Paradise

My family loved this property. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Very well maintained property (condo and the complex). If you like to surf this location is unbeatable. When not surfing you can watch the Rock from the balcony. Balcony has a great set up with patio seating on one side and a grill and dinner table on the other. Be sure to try the food at Pescadito Break (maybe 300 feet walk on beach and 150 feet if you go out front gate). Stephany, the contact person, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall this was an amazing place. The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer.

Perfect stay of sun and surf

Loved this condo! Second floor convenient—there is an elevator if you need, a parking space, totally beautiful kitchen (do find all the little mood lighting options—hint: the island is one— they’re so great) fully stocked (made cooking so easy!), epic balcony with full views of La Roca and Zippers (Alcapulquito is next door), really nice master bedroom, 2 full baths, and a washer/dryer too. We stayed with our family of three (2 adults, one child, 13) and two friends (1 adult, 1 child age 13) for a surf trip. The surf was too big for the kids (storm) but the adults managed to score some waves. It gets crowded, locals can be territorial (like circling the rock to reposition), as is sometimes the norm. If you paddle out in dark morning (which we did), it’s yours. There’s a surf school right next door near Zippers cafe for lessons—good for kids—or right on the other side at Cabo Surf with Mike Doyles surf school (Alcapulquito can often be more calm). This isn’t really a swimming beach, it’s a surf one. It’s rocky with urchins and gets deep fast. But we loved looking for shells and watching the crabs come out at night! You can walk to Zippers restaurant (it’s fine, nothing to brag about except location) and a cocos fríos! Costa Azul across the street is a surf shop with board rentals if you want and easy to walk to. The condo has a surf locker (awesome), outside rinse showers, and a mushroom shaped pool probably 4.5 ft deep. We rented a car because it’s easier to get around, however there’s buses and taxis and Ubers available. The giant food store, La Comer is about 3-5 minute drive (if there’s no traffic at the roundabout). We usually stay at Cabo Surf and eat breakfast at the 7 Seas (such a beautiful view), but it’s SPENDY, so it was great to make your own breakfast and get outside! If you have a car, hitting up the local taco shops is a must! (Guacamayas, Rossy, El Memo, El Toro Guero, Blue Fish….) Having pesos is easier tho lots of exchange possible and we speak Spanish but almost everyone has excellent English. One tiny thing to note is the other two bedrooms (not master) do get a bit of street noise so if you’re a light sleeper bring something, and wifi doesn’t reach to the very front bedroom (but are you going for the Internet?!) so the kids were negotiating for other room. Owner Stephany was amazing to communicate with, prompt and informative, and made everything easy. LOVED our stay here!

Great condo steps from some of the best surfing in Cabo!

We had a wonderful stay at Las Olas. It literally is steps away from some of the best surf in Cabo and the complex has its own surf lockers. We didn't rent a car and got by walking to Zipper's (a mix of tourists and locals) and Pescadito Break (more locals than tourists). Uber is super easy to catch and we ventured to Flora Farms and the downtown Gallery District. There were a few small items that needed some attention when we arrived but we emailed Stephany and everything was taken care of super quickly. If you don't have a car, there is a little market with some basics across the street within the Wine Shop. Yes, the street noise is a bit loud but I would recommend downloading white noise on your phone (we use it at night, regardless of where we are sleeping). Midway through our stay, we had a large multi-family check in to the condo below us and never heard a thing. Highly recommend if you would rather have a clean pool (no swim up bars, if you know what I mean) and the amazing ocean and surf just steps away!
