"Some front office people were nice and helpful, I appreciate that, while others definitely need a training in hospitality and to know that a guest is the most important person in the hotel. Be sure to have a physical credit card for deposit, else they won't check you in (no applepay). Perfume smell everywhere like in Vegas (some would probably love it). I would not stay there again."

"Schlechter Service beim Frühstück ( dreckige Tische, Fußboden) und wenig Auswahl sowie schlechtes Auffüllen der Speisen. Überall auf den Gängen war Müll. Der Zustand der Zimmer war okay Zimmerservice wurde vergessen. Für die Leistung zu teuer. "
