Nettes Hotel nahe Union Square / Market Street
Die Lage ist echt toll und die Zimmer auch. Leider mussten wir während des Aufenthalts das Zimmer wechseln (Wasserschaden) und wurden in den 7. Stock verlagert. Dort hört man leider sehr viel Lärm von der Belüftung; das stört definitiv. Das Zimmer war auch nicht so toll, weil wir im ersten Zimmer eine nette Sitzbank am Fenster hatten und es diese im 7. Stock nicht gab.

Luxuriöses Hotel mitten in SanFrancisco
3 Nächte in der Suite mit Queensize-Bett und zwei Badezimmern (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Duschwanne) Sehr angenehm der zusätzliche Raum mit Couch, Sessel und Tisch. Safe im Kleiderschrank - Top! Bett-Komfort Klasse. Lage ist super - direkt am UnionSquare. Unmittelbare Nähe zu ShoppingCentre, CableCar Station, sämtlichen Mietwagenstationen und sonst sowieso mit Taxi oder Uber überall in kurzer Zeit! Einziger Negativpunkt sind die schlecht-abgedichteten Fenster des Zimmers! Im Februar kam leider viel Kälte durch die geschlossenen Fensterscheiben, so dass wir oft die Heizlüftung laufen hatten. Zudem dringt dadurch nachts sehr viel Lärm ins Zimmer!

Servicewüste USA es gibt sie !!!
Kaum das Auto abgestellt, kam statt einer Begrüßung , wir sollten doch wenn wir nicht den Parkservice des Hotels nutzten ( 68 Dollar !!!! Pro Tag ) sofort hier wegfahren. Dieses unfreundliche Verhalten war unglaublich. Auch Preise und Größe der Zimmer und vor allem des Bades ( wir hatten die Balkon Suite ) passen überhaupt nicht zusammen. Es verwunderte mich daher nicht das wir beim Checkout keinerlei Hilfestellung bekamen und man uns beim Koffer tragen und einladen lediglich zusah. Wir verließen das Hotel sehr gern.

The only downfall I have about my recent stay is that one of my amenities (fireplace) was not working, so that pretty much ruined my night there. That was my whole purpose on staying at this property. I also was not accommodate for this unfortunate event. This will be my first & last visit there for sure. But thanks for the service

I had a great stay *except* that the 4 pillows on my bed were all thick and lumpy. I didn't sleep well because of them the first 2 nights. When I mentioned it to my friend, she gave me the one pillow on her bed that wasn't lumpy, and my last 2 nights were more comfortable. Ideally they would offer a choice of hard vs soft and thick vs thin pillows to accommodate various needs. I have stayed at other hotels who do provide options.

The lobby area was well decorated and check in was seamless for this reservation. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The corner deluxe Queen room was exactly as shown in the photos. The armoire was convenient to hold my clothes, but would have preferred having a working drawer for smalls… mine was broken. The desk was older and scuffed up, but absolutely functional.

My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at the Warwick Hotel. The building was very Victorian in architecture, the room was unique and stylish with a huge ceiling to floor window. It was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about San Francisco, this helped us In our daily expeditions. They sent complimentary chocolate and a bottle of champagne to our room on our anniversary, that was amazing. We were there on the US Thanksgiving and a staff left her home to come and check on us because the regular staff had the day off, that’s going beyond her duty, thank you Mary. Special thanks to Rumman first person we met at front desk that welcomed us and made us feel special. Thank you Nestor and Alfredo Our first time to California (San Francisco) was wonderful. Warwick will definitely be our home away from home Ray and Andrea Canada
