Check-in was horrible. I received an elaborate set of instructions for accessing and electronic key but when I arrived at the room it required a physical key! I called the help line and only got a “cannot connect” error message from my cell phone company (Verizon). Only after texting with the help desk was I instructed to go to the first floor and retrieve my key out of a closet with a lock code. There were in the closet a bunch of keys — I could have taken any of them! Next problem: twice during my stay the room service person left my room unlocked! Finally: painted on the wall of my room was hideous, almost demonic “portrait” of an ugly man. Disgusting. I will never ever return to this place.
