Fahrstuhleinbau
Ein Fahrstuhl wurde während des Hotelbetriebes eingebaut. Keine Info seitens Hotel.com in der App. Freitags ab 8: 00 wurde gehämmert, geklopft, gesägt. Keine ruhige Minute bis abends um 18:00 Uhr. Sehr großes Fenster zur Hauptstraße 7th Street, was undicht war und damit während der Nacht sehr lauter Straßenverkehr. Alles andere war soweit o.k.. Bitte dieses Hotel die nächsten Monate meiden..Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt…und ich fühle mich um meine Ruhe gebracht und um Geld betrogen. Verlange eine Entschädigung‼️‼️

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht und würde niemand empfehlen diese Unterkuft zu buchen . Das Zimmer war eine Abstellkammer von der Größe her( obwohl ich das größte Zimmer ausgewählt hatte ), es hat extrem dort gestunken der Flur sowie das Zimmer (es hat einen Kopfschmerzen verursacht ) . Wir konnten nicht mal richtig atmen dort, geschweige richtig das Zimmer lüften , weil das Fenster komplett mit einem Baum versperrt war . Wir haben uns extrem unwohl dort gefühlt . Durch den Geruch wurde uns extrem schlecht , wie hätten wir dort übernachten sollen ? Was bringt mir ,dass es modern eingerichtet wurde wenn der Rest nicht stimmt . Personal ist uns ebenso nicht entgegenkommen.Wir haben nicht 1 Tag in der Unterkunft übernachtet, wir sind mitten in der Nacht selbst eine neue Unterkunft suchen gegangen und wir erhalten unser Geld einfach nicht zurück ebenso das Geld für den bezahlten Parkplatz den wir nicht benutzt haben ,die Unterkuft weigert sich dies zurückzugeben . In diesem Hotel ist der Gast aufjedenfall kein König sondern man zieht den Menschen/Touristen ab anstatt eine gute Lösung zu finden das beide Parteien glücklich sind ! Wirklich eine Frechheit !

Allein in SFO
Grundsätzlich stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.Die Lage passt ,wenn andere Gäste sich ruhig verhalten, ist es ruhig. I Zimmer ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, wenn man auf einen Schrank verzichten kann, was für mich möglich das. Das Zimmer hat eine ok Größe und das Bad ist mit der schönen angenehmen Dusche erfreulich. Die Klimaanlage läßt sich wirklich nicht ganz abstellen, habe mich dann daran gewöhnt, da trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen weder die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption noch die Zimmermädchen hilfreich waren bzw. besonders interessiert waren das Problem zu lösen. Wenn man niemanden zur Hilfe braucht, ist alles ok. Die Zimmermädchen sind sehr laut auf den Gängen, rufen einander zu, da die Türen beim Säubern der Zimmer offen stehen.Da ich Spanisch spreche, konnte ich auf das Problem aufmerksam machen ( Zeitunterschied, Schlaferhalten etc. ). Das Frühstück ist keins und kann wegfallen, wobei trotz wenigen Tischen nie Hektisch oder Gedränge herrschte, ich war auf einen Kaffee morgens stets allein.Wichtig: KEIN Aufzug. wer im 3. Stock wohnt, muß 20 Kilo schleppen bei Ankunft und Abreise und sollte das bei der Wahl der Zimmer im Vorhinein bedenken. Man wird in Ruhe gelassen und hat wenig Beziehung zu allem, was für mich sehr ok ist.Würde das Hotel bei gleichem Preis wieder buchen, denn teuerer sollte es nicht werden.

Das Hotel ist von der Aussattung sehr schön und die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, man erreicht die Innenstadt in 5-10 Minuten. Nur das Frühstück ist sehr spärlich und nichts. Der Frühstücksraum hat nur 2 Tische und liegt an der Rezeption und ist viel zu klein.

Die Zimmer sind unglaublich klein und laut. Dank Holzböden war schlafen nicht möglich, da über uns scheinbar eine gefühlte Party stattfand. Kontaktaufnahme mit der Rezeption wurde geschickt ignoriert, es wurde einfach gar nicht reagiert. Beim Frühstück gab es nicht einmal Butter.

I recently stayed at the Signature SF and had a very pleasant stay. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price point, I got my money's worth. My room was clean, quiet with decent room amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive when I needed something. I was coming in from out of town so wasn't too familiar with the location. But the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of the places I wanted to check out, or easily get a Lyft or Uber. I was able to park my car right across the street from the hotel with no problem. I would definitely stay at the Signature Hotel SF again.

The room is so small that two of us can barely open our suitcases. Toilet was not properly cleaned when we got our room. The hotel has quite some distance from actual city centre or metro station, and the area is sketchy in the evening. Lift (elevator) was not available during out stay, and in the foreseeable future. We had been assigned with a room on 3rd floor (US counting, ground floor 2 level) so we have to move our suitcases with stairs. We saw mechanics installing the lift, which is far from done. And the hotel did Not mention anything on No Lift in the booking page or confirmation! The young man who work at night is nice though; which is the only good about this hotel.

Although the rooms are newly renovated, they have no place to hang your clothes and no drawers for longer stays. No elevators functioning yet. Reception does not answer the phone because they are using it for outside callers rather than hotel guest services. Stairwell is extremely tight and made carrying luggage up two flights almost impossible, and painful on the back. Expedia is partially to blame because nowhere did it say this hotel was not handicap friendly. I could only handle going down and up once a day due to back and hip issues. It was incredibly inconvenient and spent my four days in pain from the conditions.

My bathroom smelled so bad before it was even used and it smelled like a porta potty the two days i was there. There was no elevator which made bringing my stuff up super hard. The hotel we stayed at was not clean at all. The carpets were really dirty which caused the place to have a musty smell. We found cockroaches in the room, and they are doing some construction in the hotel, which makes the place have a lot of dirt. The bed ships smell like they did not clean it at all, there was stain on it, the pillows were super hard and impossible to sleep with them. I would not recommend it. Poor hygiene. I was so uncomfortable that I had to book another hotel and leave the next day and lose all the money because they would not refund. It was a really bad experience.
