Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire space except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

- 10 minutes to SFO

- 20 minutes to downtown SF and Half Moon Bay

- Near entertainment and Caltrain station.

Car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

How do you change this We are delighted to welcome a service animal only! Also, extra guest fee applies after 2 guests, $25 per person, per night.
