Live Like a San Franciscan in Hayes Valley, with Parking & Bi-monthly cleaning

STAY IN HAYES VALLEY...where all the cool people hang out. The place itself is on a quiet street (to help you get a good night's rest), but the bustling neighborhood is in the heart of the city. Everything is just steps away. In one direction you have Civic Center, including the SF Symphony, SF Opera House, SF War Memorial, City Hall, the Asian Art Museum and the SF Main Library. In the other direction you have the eclectic shops and fun restaurants of Hayes Valley! All of which are less than a five minute walk. BART and MUNI (buses, underground trains & street cars) are all easily accessible and within walking distance, too.

My 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is one of 4 units, located on the first floor (above ground level storage units) of a small, quiet building with a secured entry and intercom. All units are owned and occupied by friendly, considerate, respectful individuals. The unit's interior is the perfect size for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home when you don't feel like going out. The living room has satellite TV, Apple TV, DVD player and a window with a view of the neighborhood. There are plenty of bed and bath linens, as well as a washer/dryer combo, making long stays even easier. There is also a heating unit if you're not used to those foggy San Francisco nights. Maid service is available upon request for an extra charge. The shared garden is accessible to all. Due to SF laws and zonings, there is no smoking allowed in the garden, the unit, or any other part of the building.

However long your stay, I will do my best to make you feel at home and to accommodate your needs.

Parking is included. My parking spot is located in a secure parking garage right behind my home.

So easy to get around. The bus line is a block away and Muni and BART stops are 3 blocks away. If you're up to it, Union Square is a 20 minute walk.

No interaction unless you are in need of something.
