This is a first floor garden style apartment overlooking the courtyard and garden. We have an amazing rosemary bush that is great for cooking. Also, we have lemon tree and rose bushes. Some tenants can even BBQ in courtyard area.
Totally private apartment.

Full bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room with designated office space.
One bedroom with queen bed, tall dresser with TV, nightstand, and huge walk in closet (It is the length of the bedroom–long wise.)

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, frig, tons of custom built cabinets, big windows over looking garden and rosemary bush. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating. All utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Original built in ironing board. Stainless steel counter and wood block counter. Great for prep and cooking.
Art Deco Bathroom has new vanity, toilet, big bath tub with shower, and built in cabinet for extra storage and window.
Living room/dining room has pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv, dining table that can seat 4 people, cocktail table and side table and there is a designated office area with a custom built desk and office chair.
We preserved lots of the original details such as a built in telephone seat, arched doorways, beams in ceiling.
The entire apartment has wood floors and is freshly painted with a nice light green color.
Apartment is already set up with high speed wireless internet and Smart Tv.
Full size washer and dryer in garage. Only four apartments in the building that share the laundry.
Extra monthly charge for all utilities, including high speed wireless internet, Smart Tv and use of the washer and dryer–Not coin operated.
Some pets allowed depending upon breed, size, etc.
