Bette war sehr angenehm, ruhige Lage, gute Lage, der Pier ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen, Parkhäuser sind in direkter Nähe und auch für SUV geeignet für 40dollar die Nacht .

Gute Lage, Umgebung schien sicher zu sein. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und Zimmer sehr sauber. Wasser und Kaffee umsonst. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, dunkel und die Einrichtung nicht sonderlich modern. Alles in allem aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

No Cleaning Service
There was no daily room service. They said it is because of Covid but other hotels offer a daily cleaning service though. I wouldn't be in the room if they want to cleanup anyway. So in the end I had to beg for toilet paper, I had to beg for a new towel, after a few days it was very annoying.

I was impressed with how comfortable the befs were and the location of the hotel which is close to everything. The housekeepers did a great job at making sure my room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels.

It's a decent hotel in a great location but with some downsides: rusty tube and parking could be a bit far if you are ariving after 9pm. Tube needs to be fixed to become more acceptable.

At check-in the guy was not welcoming, border line rude. I felt like he didn't like his job and is a poor representation for the property. Also, thought the emails on early check in for $45 and late check out for $65 is really cheesy.

Great staff and a solid place to stay for a weekend. Rooms are a bit small, but that is typical for San Francisco. Location is pretty good as it is close to the pier. However, the financial district is pretty dead from Friday to Sunday.
