The Space:
**Living Areas:**
This bright and open 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (about 980 sq. ft.) is designed for relaxing and hanging out together. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen so everyone can stay connected.
The living room features a comfy leather couch that pulls out into a queen bed and a futon that folds into a twin—great for extra guests. Movie nights are covered with a 60" curved Smart TV above the decorative fireplace.
One of the best perks? This is the only unit in the building with an attached garage that opens directly into the living room. Super convenient for unloading beach gear or groceries.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
The kitchen is fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up anything from a quick snack to a family dinner. We’ve stocked it with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basics like salt, pepper, and oil. There’s also a coffee maker and toaster to make mornings easy.
**Bedrooms & Bathrooms:**
* **Master Bedroom:** Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, dresser, and a 60" 4K Smart TV.
* **Guest Bedroom:** Queen bed with sliding door access to a shared ground-level patio.
* **Extra Sleeping:** Queen pull-out sofa + twin futon in the living room.
* **Bathrooms:** One en-suite in the master and a second full bath off the hallway.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.

You’ll have your own private patio for morning coffee or evening drinks. Head up to the shared rooftop deck for stunning views of Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and the Giant Dipper roller coaster.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the whole condo to yourself, including your own private patio where you can kick back and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The other half of the patio is shared with a few neighboring units, and you’ll also have access to the rooftop deck with gorgeous ocean views.

No matter the time of year, Mission Beach is buzzing with energy. The boardwalk is perfect for biking, skating, or hopping on a Bird scooter to cruise along the oceanfront. Getting around is super easy! Everything you need for your beach vacation—sand, surf, restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont Park—is just a short walk away. You can explore the boardwalk on foot, rent a bike, or simply enjoy having so much within easy walking distance. If you want to check out other parts of San Diego, public transit and ride-shares are also convenient and close by.

Please note the following for your stay: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to cleaning schedules.
A non-negotiable cleaning fee applies to every stay.
This is a non-smoking property, including all outdoor areas, with a minimum $250 fine for violations.
No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends. Noise complaints may result in fines from $300 to $1000, and repeated violations may lead to eviction.
The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Please close windows and balcony doors if playing music or talking loudly.
The apartment is equipped with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for providing their own beach towels, chairs, and other beach items.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests plenty of privacy but are always just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay.
