„Sean was amazing; incredibly helpful. He had someone to meet us at airport. Absolutely fantastic view of the lagoon - we had a great time just sitting on the porch watching the boats come. „This property was excellent ! I stayed here with my family, including kids and we have ample of space. Bedrooms were spacious and huge. Bathrooms were clean. I communicated with the host on WhatsApp and she was quick and responsive. All our questions answered and very accommodating. The main area was just a 5 minute walk. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend to family and friends !! “

"Ich bin von dem Hotel enttäuscht und kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Der Service ist im Hotel eine Katastrophe. Es ist nur morgens zum Frühstück überhaupt Personal vorhanden, und zwar nur eine Praktikantin und ein spanischsprechender Mitarbeiter. Sonst ist i.d.R. den ganzen Tag kein Personal vorhanden. Das Frühstück besteht aus labbrigen Croissants oder Brötchen, etwas Obst und im besten Fall Eier. Die Liegen am Pool sind unbequem und teilweise beschädigt. Es gibt z.B. keine Hotelbar, an der Getränke gekauft werden können. Handtücher für den Pool liegen einfach nur aus (ohne Ausgabe) und sind alt und teilweise stark verschmutzt. Die Standard-Zimmer sind mit ca. 135 Dollar pro Nacht komplett überteuert. Mir hat es nicht gefallen und ich würde nicht mehr dort übernachten."
