Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Badezimmer schön hell und groß. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, wenn man The Alamo besichtigen möchte (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg).

Schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer. Viel Familien mit Kindern. Nicht weit vom Riverwalk entfernt. Das Parken ist etwas teuer. In der Nähe gibt es öffentliche Parkplätze die nicht so teuer sind.

First off , they have valet parking only , the charge at the time was $35.00 a day !! Sucks that this wasn’t provided at reservation time . On Expedia it states parking available. Nothing about the added charges for parking !!!! It was within walking distance , however we can’t walk that long without stopping to rest . A few blocks from the Alamo , and the Riverwalk .

Convenient to riverwalk & Alamodome. About 3 minute walk to riverwalk and 10 minute walk to Alamodome. No parking at hotel other than valet but there is a parking lot under the bridge for $5 a day. Only bad thing is you have to go pay at midnight every night, doesn't let you pay for several days at a time. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly. We could here the people above us in the room.

The day staff was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in on them talking about us . The breakfast wasnt good and our room was dirty . The beds are hard . Also booked at this hotel bcuz they advertised that they have wired internet which was needed for work n they didnt have it so i missed work .

Not on the river walk. No parking, only option is valet or you have to get a city permit or something. I arrived late so I was thankful they had valet but the days in. Is across the street with parking so I would have preferred to stay there for less money. Staff acted like children and were screaming and playing while working which was unprofessional. A lot of babies and young families stayed here which is fine with me but may not be ideal for business travelers. They did give me a late check out which was nice. Breakfast was horrible and I had to ask for the coffee to be refilled. Wouldn’t go back.

Easy to check in and great breakfast spread. Unit in room was very loud and rattled. Close to elevator and heard guests late at night. Stayed two nights for business.

Markiesha at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with check in! I didn’t catch the valet attendants name but he was able to answer our questions kindly and confidently. This hotel is within walking distance to the river walk, and a bonus that it’s pet friendly! We will be back.

My first time to Texas and San Antonio. Very walkable to the convention center. Staff was always friendly and greet you at the door. Elevator was a tad dirty, in which a vacuuming could take care of. Free breakfast is a plus on weekdays and weekends. Pool looked inviting, but didn't get a chance to swim. Overall, they made my visit a fantastic time. Will definitely visit again.

I loved that this was walkable to the riverwalk, the room was spacious and clean. What I did not like is the parking situation. The cars are parked so far away that you cannot access if needed. I love it that they allow dogs, but there is no grass on the property or near the property.
