Rent a VRBOthat you and your group can truly be excited about! Our two story 4 bedroom home (formally a duplex) is perfect for large and medium sized groups and families... featuring two private entrances, two living rooms, two kitchens and more!

We also added plenty of amenities to keep you entertained! Enjoy ping pong and grilling in the backyard, Nintendo Switch in the living room OR many of the fun board and card games we have available.

The location is fantastic near Alamo Heights!
The space
This huge vacation rental is packed with features and amenities. So below I’ll give you an accurate description of the home by breaking it down into the first floor, the second floor and the outdoor space.

First Floor:
The first floor (like the second floor), has its own private entrance with its own keypad on the front door. There are two very nice bedrooms on this floor as well as a kitchen, dining room, living space and full bathroom. The living room features a huge smart 4k TV and a Nintendo Switch with some of the more popular games, like Mario Kart and Smash Bros. The living room also feature a double recliner couch. Perfect for relaxing!

The kitchen (on both floors) is fully stocked with high quality cookware, like pots, pans, utensils and more. The dining room table can seat up to 6 people on the dining room table. The bedrooms on this floor feature mattresses on the firmer side. Both bedrooms have large smart 4k TVs. We clean all our bedding of site via a laundry company. Bedding will also be very clean! The bathroom downstairs is a step in shower.

Second Floor:
There is a private entrance in the front of the house that leads to the 2nd floor stairway. Once up the stairway, you will find a clean and newly remodeled 2nd floor with an additional living room and kitchen! The living area features a large 4k smart tv a work/ study area and lots of board and card games. It’s a perfect space to space to spend with family!

The living room opens up to a dining area that has an amazing coffee area. Here you can brew classic drip coffee, k-cups or French Press! We provide the coffee! The kitchen is newly remodeled and stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal!

The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are also newly remodeled. The bedrooms feature mattresses that are on the softer side. The bathroom is a tub/ shower combo. We stock our bathrooms with plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and clean towels!

Outdoor/ Backyard:
We have recently remodeled the exterior of the home as well! There is a long driveway in front of the house with a private gate so that you can park in the backyard area. The backyard area has two carports that can be used for cover parking or for setting up our ping pong table. We also have a very nice charcoal Webber Kettle Grill and a nice outdoor table to sit on!
Guest access
Our guest have exclusive access to the entire property! This includes the drive way, backyard and more.
Other things to note
Please note that the top floor and bottom floor of the house have two separate private entrances. The entire property is yours when you rent!
