Photos of property are outdated! Yard is not landscaped and what grass there is needs to be mowed. No plants or flowers in pots. Pool was dirty so we couldn't use it. Hot tub had so much chlorine in it we couldn't use. Inside of house needs TLC! Owners not putting any money back into it. No CO detector. Smoke detectors only near bedrooms. Several light bulbs burnt out. Vents need good cleaning! Vent covers missing in pool room. Most blinds are broken so they do not open. Kitchen sink faucet is falling off. Too many air fresheners! When unplugged house smells moldy and musty. Master bedroom: bed too high, ceiling fan looks like it is going to fall out of ceiling, missing plastic screening on mirror door, bathroom sink doesn't drain well, no toilet roll holder, shower slick, shower door track broken, black mold around shower, hard to get hot water in master shower as the faucet is broken or something. 2nd bath: bath fan doesn't work-missing knob, shower head too short, black mold floor and around shower, shower head broken and shoots water across bath. Beds in 3 bedrooms are full size not queen. 4th bedroom has small bunk beds. Also animal in ceiling or something that chews! We will not return to this rental. Better off spending money at a hotel and getting a suite! Several of these issues there for several years as they are mentioned in the guest book in the house! Take pride in your rental!
