Carpets old and worn Tv choices sucked like using a coat hanger with aluminum foil. No load and unload carts were available. Slow elevator. Very expensive parking. Motel 6 would have been better. Beds were like concrete. View was nice. Ice machine worked great on our 10th floor. Rooftop pool area was nice.

This is a hotel that still carries the COVID policy of no room cleaning daily. On day two of my stay I requested service at 8am. I stopped by around noon and room was not serviced. Was told that I am still on the list. At 5 pm I returned. No service. Called the third time. Eventually someone dropped off some towels and coffee. No cups or creamers. Why does a business customer still need to ask for daily service? Who really believes that the two coffees and three towels will be all someone needs?

Room was not clean , there was a very bad smell . The check in person was so rude . There was a big line of guest waiting to check out in the morning and there was no front desk . Won’t be staying again

This hotel is not exactly on the Riverwalk. It was close and that was ok. I did not like the cars driving by with the loud music when it was really late, but that was ok. My biggest issue was that they wanted to charge $18.00 for the breakfast and it was not very good at all. I am accustomed to booking with Hilton and the breakfast is usually complementary and very good. When this hotel says "breakfast available", it means its available to purchase. When it is busy, be prepared to wait on the Valet Parking.

I loved that it was so easy to get to and the location was so close to the Riverwalk and other shops/restaurants. The valet was also prompt and accommodating. My family and I would stay there again.

My room was terrible. It was a handicap room that was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The shower flooded the bathroom and into the room no matter what you did to try to stop it. There was not even a pen, piece of paper, or a table to accommodate guests. I left a day early due to the conditions and was not reimbursed.
