Bei diesem Gebäude handelt es sich um eine Maisonette mit der gesamten Einheit auf der 2. Etage (2 Betten / 1 Bad / 1.100 m²) und einer privaten Außenterrasse. Plus, abseits der Straße parken. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 15 Minuten zum Flughafen und weniger als 1,6 km zu den wichtigsten Autobahnen.

Komplett mit allen Annehmlichkeiten plus 2 Betten (Queen), Schlafsofa (Queen), Waschmaschine / Trockner, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Kochutensilien, TV mit Roku, Netflix & lokalen Kanälen & mehr.

The location of this property was very convenient with quick and easy access to I-10. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and so I appreciated the private and gated parking lot. Immediately upon arriving, I was greeted by Nancy and she gave me a rundown of the property (locks, location of washer/dryer, accessing the gate). Carlos and Nancy provided us with fresh pastries, snack items and a few bottles of water. The house itself was very charming and well taken care of. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Our stay was very pleasant, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. The property was clean, comfortable, and felt safe throughout our visit.For future guests, it’s helpful to know that the home has been converted into a townhome-style setup. The owners reside on the first floor, while the second floor is a separate living space available for guests. This detail wasn’t clearly stated at the time of booking, so it came as a bit of a surprise. While it initially felt a little awkward—especially with having small children who love to run around—it ultimately wasn’t an issue. In fact, the owners’ presence added a reassuring sense of security.One of the highlights was being able to park inside a gated backyard with a secure access code, which added to our peace of mind.If you’re looking for complete privacy, this might not be the perfect fit. However, if you’re seeking a family-friendly, spacious, safe, and reliable place to stay, I highly recommend this property. I would gladly book again in the future.

Family vacation

The property was cute and just as it was listed. The owners were exceptional! They went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. The house was perfect for our family of five. Also, having a washer/dryer was helpful. The location was perfect for our agenda (Six Flags Fiesta Texas, PopStroke, Alamo/Riverwalk). We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

We were here for our daughter's Air Force graduation. Listing was exactly as described. Great price. It was a beautiful property with a clean quiet neighborhood. A wonderful place - super convenient to airport and downtown

My son and I came into town for the Final Four and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Carlos and Nancy are very gracious hosts and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. Location is 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from all downtown attractions. We stayed here over the holidays, and found the apartment to be very nice and it had a great homey vibe. Carlos and Nancy are very friendly, and great hosts, who are available should you have any questions or need recommendations to make the most of your stay. The access to attractions is excellent, and it feels like everything is just a short 10 min drive away. The city is great during the holidays, so if you visit during that time, make sure to get out and enjoy the festivities. But make sure to be home at midnight on New Years to enjoy the neighborhood fireworks! They were amazing.

Great place for Lackland AFB graduation!

Nancy and Carlos were so responsive when we requested an extra day at the beginning of our trip, after booking. Nancy was there to greet us when we arrived and provided very helpful information on the property. We were so pleasantly surprised to find some fresh pastries and snacks, along with bottled water upon arrival. The place was larger than expected, impeccably clean, beds were so comfortable and the living room space was comfortable and welcoming. It was a great location to attend my nephews Air Force BMT graduation, and close to the airport and downtown SA. We would highly recommend this rental and will surely book again if/when back in the area!
