We have a gate at the drive. This give you extra peace of mind for car security. There are 3 steps to enter the property. The home is equipped with an electric lock.

We are just a few minutes drive (or rideshare) from all the downtown attractions, event centers and restaurants. Easy access to I35 which makes traveling to float the Comal River or heading to Sea World quick and easy.



Getting Around:

Car or rideshare will be needed to get to local attractions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is to the left of the front door facing the gate and entryway, camera 2 is located under the carport facing the side door and driveway, and camera 3 is located on the casita facing the back door of the main house. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected
