Villa Ipanema is a villa with swimming pool and amazing sea view on the beaches of Pescoluse. It stands in a panoramic position in Torre Vado, in Lower Salento.
The
vacation villa is spacious and cozy, equipped with all the most modern
accessories to make your stay comfortable. There are: air conditioning, washing machine, internet, barbecue, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets.
Pets are allowed.

Villa
Ipanema is a true oasis of quiet and relaxation, with large outdoor
spaces equipped to fully enjoy a stay under the banner of well-being,
rest and fun.
In the large multi-level garden, the villa`s pride and joy is the softly shaped swimming pool with spectacular views of the beaches of Pescoluse and sunbeds for sunbathing.
Higher
up, again in a panoramic position, there is a gazebo with table and
chairs for outdoor dining, with a barbecue area for grilling.
Large
windows allow entry to a shaded veranda, from which you enter the
eat-in kitchen. The living area is characterized by masonry with exposed
stones, typical of Salento`s rural architecture.
The sleeping area of Villa Ipanema consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are doubles and one twin with single beds. Two full shower rooms serve both the living and sleeping areas.

Villa Ipanema stands in a scenic area, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Pescoluse and less than 3 km from Torre Vado, two of the most popular seaside resorts for beach vacations in Salento.
The nearest towns, with all services, are Salve and Morciano di Leuca, just 3.5 km away, but the wonderful Santa Maria di Leuca is also at hand, as it is located only 10 km away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
