If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.

Pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
