Enjoy a beautifully BOHO designed apartment located in the middle of Salt Lake City. The apartment is stocked with all of the essentials. Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen and make a great homemade meal while looking at the stunning views from the balcony.

The apartment is located near all of the cities top destination; Temple Square, University of Utah, Vivint Arena, Salt Palace, Ski Resorts, and much more! Restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers are steps away!



The Space:

The apartment complex is located downtown. The 2 floor apartment is furnished with all your needs in mind! (2 Flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms) There is a gym, pool, hot tub, and roof top that our guests will have access to along with an entertainment area that has a pool table, TVs and tables to relax. The parking garage is first come first serve with the parking pass provided with your stay (Reserved and handicap spaces are prohibited). The apartment should have all the essentials one would need when traveling or staying for an extended period.



Guest Access:

Entertainment area, gym, parking garage, lounging balcony all are available to our guests with the key fob that is provided with the apartment.

Located near the TRAX red line, this community places you near countless destinations, including the University of Utah, Trolley Square and Central City.

Our guest will receive a parking fob upon arrival of the apartment. You can park anywhere in the garage Except for the reserved parking/handicap spaces. The apartment comes with one garage sensor.



Salt Lake City public transit aka "TRAX" is 5 minutes from the apartment.



If you enjoy electric scooters or bicycles, "Lime" and "Spin" have scooters and bicycles everywhere in the city. Download the apps and it will tell you where they are located.



Lastly, Uber and Lyft are everywhere!

This is a 2 story property and there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms.
