Double payment
I arrived at the hotel around 15.30. The reservation from Hotel.com did not exist. So I had to pay a higher price for 3 nights than Hotel.com, even though I had paid the three nights in advance. So I paid twice. I have not received a refund so far. In this hotel, several rooms were closed by government agencies. I was told that these rooms need to be cleaned. I had a very clean room, there was an inspection on my first day of my stay.

We had this hotel booked for 2 nights. It was cheap so we weren’t expecting much. However, the bed had one blanket and only 2 pillows … and when we called to get maybe an extra pillow they were out. Fine. However, then I walked into the bathroom. Full of black Mold! So bad! And, the toilet had poop in it and spicing flush. We called front desk and asked for refund and we’re told that she had to talk to the manager on the morning and she would call us. Think that happened? Nope! Freaking disgusting!!!

The only review that I can give is that I was not able to stay at the property. I alerted the front desk, the day before that I would be there after their office closed because of a flight change the woman at the front desk assured me that when I got in security would have my information and my keys and I would be able to get in. I got in after midnight. I waited around an hour if not more in a dark office which happened to be unlocked, waiting for someone to come up to the front desk. I even tried calling the 800 number and they also keep hours until 11:00 pm. it was cold and raining and I had nowhere to go and no one to talk to. Finally a security guard came to the office and was very surprised to see me sitting there in the dark they let me know that there was nothing that they could do and I ended up having to book a completely different Hotel.

Nothing. I didn’t like anything! I never received an email confirmation so I had no idea that you if you didn’t check in before 11 pm, your reservation is canceled. After being at a dance competition all day, my daughter and I arrived to check in at 11:30 pm. The security guard informed me that because I didn’t check in before 11 pm, my reservation was cancelled. I called Expedia and they were of no help at all. They said it was my fault for not calling the hotel ahead of time. That was 3 days ago and I still have not received my refund!! Horrible customer service.

The staff was very rude. I was told I couldn’t use my reservation because my identification has a local address. I moved 800 miles away last year and drove for 10 hours expecting to have a place to stay. The lady at the counter couldn’t explain the policy or let me talk to a manager. I had to spend a lot more money on a place to stay at last minute prices on a holiday weekend.

Don't be fooled--this place looks nice from the outside but the room was uninhabitable. Generally, I love an inexpensive room and can put up with a lot as long as it is clean (and safe). We paid for three nights and did stay the first night (mostly because we were tired from traveling and not thinking as clearly as we should have been). I hardly slept worrying about the mold on the walls, the pubic hairs in the sheets, the filthy floors. I should have known when they had me sign (initialing many lines) a document acknowledging no refunds and PAY, not just guarantee, a $200.00 deposit--all before seeing the room. There were holes smashed in most of the walls, paint splotches all over, filthy mattresses and dirty shirts, black mold in the bathroom along with a duct-tape and cardboard covered vent. The "kitchenette" was probably from the 1960s or 1970s and inside the cupboard were decaying. We didn't try the appliances because it was clear we wouldn't be there long. I can say four nice things about this property (1) the girl who checked us in was friendly and efficient, (2) from the road, the property appeared to be well-maintained, (3) the microwave and the fridge (although old) were clean, and (4) there was good water pressure. The rest we experienced (now nearly a month ago) still gives me nightmares. I trusted this property would have some standards because of the Red Roof franchise--not so.

Its comes with the kitchen amenities, but the stove was broken (didn't need to use it) the glass fell through the hole and the burns was not connected to the stove top, there was NO running hot water in the kitchen, so had to use the warm water out of the bathroom, That water was even hot my girl would take a shower with me because the water was barely luck warm. The fridge wasn't working, When we used the fridge everything was still room temperature.We had to put everything in the freezer, but that barely keep things cold. The room wasnt clean, I found a brunt piece of paper behind a lamp shade, the blanket had a stain (good thing I had extra blankets in my car). Thay floors was dirty. We when we slipped some beer and used a towel to wipe it up the towel was black.. would of asked for a different room but was to tired to pack back up and change rooms.

Cheap but you get what you pay for
The room was a bit dated and had lots of wear and tear. The kitchen didn't have any utensils or anything to cook with, we had to buy our own disposable cups, plates and utensils. It was cheap though.
