THE SPACE

This apartment is located hillside between the Utah State Capitol and the City's central business district. Upon entering the apartment, one will note an up to date kitchen with subway tiled backsplash and new stainless steel full sized refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and microwave oven. All counter surfaces are custom quartz. The all new kitchen includes placesettings for 4; pots, pans, and baking ware; as well as, toaster, blender and microwave. Meal preparation is a breeze in this galley style kitchen.

The dining room features an expandable counter height table with storage and two bar stools. The stack able full sized washer and dryer is located behind closet sliders in this area.

A conveniently located work station with lighting is located as one enters the apartment.

The Living Room features a comfy queen sized pull out sofa, side chair, built in cabinetry, shelving and gas fireplace. Above the fireplace hangs a 65" ROKU SMART TV w remote.

The Bedroom features our duplication of Westin Hotel's award winning "Heavenly Bed"! Snuggle in layers of luxurious down and goose feather bedding for an incredibly restful night's sleep. 2 nightstands and table lamps provide ample bedside lighting. An alarm clock with USB charging ports is on the nightstand. A 55 " ROKU SMART TV is wall mounted above the electric fireplace.
