If you love cycling or enjoying long walks, you are right in front of the promenade that connects La Pineda, Salou, and Montroig, passing through Vilafortuny and Cambrils. Over 10 km of bike paths and pedestrian walkways allow you to enjoy the Costa Dorada.

Close to a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. Located a 10-minute drive from Port Aventura theme park and Ferrari Land, and 10 minutes from Reus Airport. You can enjoy Tarragona, a Roman city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, less than 15 minutes away; or a mountain hike in the Priorat region, one of the world's most renowned wine-producing regions, less than 40 minutes away. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. There is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with side sea views.

The apartment has all the amenities and safety measures so you can enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and hot water heater. With a heat pump/air conditioning system, it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods, and for both vacation and business trips. 1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

2. The apartment is rented with sheets. Towels are optional and subject to a fee (€4 per person).

3. Check-in is Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM).4. FREE WIFI.

5. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests are not allowed to leave trash in the apartment.

6. Please respect the community rules and the neighbors.

7. It is necessary to present identification documents and sign the contract.

8. The security deposit will be processed by Apartbeach through a charge to your card and will be returned after the apartment has been inspected, within a minimum of 7 days.

The tourist tax will be processed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of check-in.

Check-in time: from 4:00 PM (if there are any guests checking out that day, check-in is from 11:00 AM). Check-in before 5:00 PM may incur an additional fee.
