Cozy apartment with pool, for six people with views of the city and the sea, in the heart of Salou, less than 50m from Levante Beach. Relax with a dip in the Mediterranean or a glass of wine on the terrace while enjoying views of the beach and the sound of the waves. Five minutes walk from the Salou Nautical Club and the commercial and leisure area. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, it is the ideal location to enjoy Salou with your family, both in summer and winter. If your passion is cycling or enjoying long walks, you are in front of the promenade that connects La Pineda, Salou and Montroig, passing through Vilafortuny and Cambrils. More than 10 km of bike path and pedestrian promenade to enjoy the Costa Dorada.

Close to a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. Located 10 minutes by car from Port Aventura theme park and Ferrari Land and 10 minutes from Reus airport. You can enjoy, less than 15 minutes, Tarragona, a UNESCO World Heritage Roman City; or a walk through the mountains in the Priorat region, one of the world-renowned wine regions, located less than 40 minutes away. Without forgetting that Barcelona is less than 100km away by road or 1 hour by public transport.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and access to a large terrace with side views of the sea. The building where the apartment is located has a community shower at street level, ideal for removing the sand after a day at the beach and pool.

The apartment has all the services and security measures to be able to enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine and hot water heater. With a heat pump/air conditioning system it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods and whether on vacation or work. There is also an iron and ironing board if you need it. You just have to ask for it in advance of your arrival.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets. Towels are optional for payment (€4 Pax)

3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Entry time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an additional fee.
