The staff members were very, very polite and friendly. We felt so welcome and appreciated that they were able to help us with what we needed. It’s clean and breakfast was good each morning!! A special to this location ❤️ I will see you in two weeks!

Your reservation does guarantee you a room, so we tried our best to accommodate you to the best of our ability. While there are various reasons why we may oversell in a room type, the most common being previous guests extending their stay, it is something we rarely encounter as we understand the importance of our guests receiving the room type they request. We hope you consider giving he another opportunity in the future to host you and provide a better experience than your most recent.

Polar Express
This was a quick get away for the family to the Polar Express in Spencer, NC. Hotel was nice, room was nice, the only part that wasn’t imo Hilton standard were the mattresses

Our entire family and their families stayed requiring 4 separate rooms. All 4 rooms were spotless as well as the lobby hallway and dining area. Even our Labrador was welcome! Exactly what a motel stay should be!

Bobbi and Shamiah were so warm and welcoming as well as helpful. Everything was so clean and nice. I will definitely be staying here again! My 91-year-old mother said her room was wonderful but she wanted me to mention that you should provide a shower cap in the bathroom.

Hotel was ok. Not the best area. Was in town for a college fair at the community college across the street. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was not the best. Pretty obvious stuff had been sitting for a while. I couldn’t cut French toast with a metal knife.

They could not find my reservation and had to sit in the lobby waiting. Then they said they were sold out and had to try to locate an extra room. Not very good coordination between hotel and Travelocity.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we're very sorry you were unhappy with your check-in process. What you experienced was at no fault of Hilton or Travelocity. Our system requires 15-30 minutes for all newly made reservations to populate. Sometimes we are able to pull reservations via hotel confirmation number, but this number is different than the booking number on your confirmation considering you booked with Travelocity. In addition, when you book a room you are requesting a room type, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the room type you requested at the time of booking based on many different factors Stayovers being a large one) that are at times, out of our control. We try our best to accommodate all booking requests to the best of our ability. Lastly, please know that your feedback is very important to us as we always strive to enhance the guests overall experience, and provide exceptional stays.
