Our system requires 15-30 minutes for all newly made reservations to populate. Sometimes we are able to pull reservations via hotel confirmation number, but this number is different than the booking number on your confirmation considering you booked with Travelocity. In addition, when you book a room you are requesting a room type, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the room type you requested at the time of booking based on many different factors Stayovers being a large one) that are at times, out of our control. We try our best to accommodate all booking requests to the best of our ability.
