The Property is at the main road, traffic is heard through out the day bc doors dont fit well into the doorframe. Fridge without freezer,no toilet brush,not enough towels for booked persons a room. TV seize very good.

Stay away from this place. Looks nothing like Best Western I stayed in many times in different locations. This is more like a short stay motel. Drive up to the room, beads are not made, outdated, smelly and moldy , no phone in the room. I went back to front desk to change the room , this young lady didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, gave me another room which looked exactly the same. The sheets were thrown on top of the bed with holes and stains on them. We decided we would not stay there not a minute longer. Front desk lady ( with an attitude) said she can’t give me a refund and there was no way to contact the manager because the phones were not working. I got an email address to contact the manager but haven’t heard from him yet. I’m not giving up on my money, will contact corporate costumer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

No housekeeping service. Stayed for 3 nights, had to ask for fresh towels. If this is the policy, it should be made clear. Also had to get new key for each night because they would stop working. Very inconvenient as we were in the room furthest from check-in. The staff were friendly and the room overall was ok.

One of the worst places I have stayed in. Disrespectful check in with one hour delay. Lobby was very dirty with full of flies Room insulation for sound and air was terrible. Too much noise, as if I am sleeping on the sidewalk. Such a bad experience never again

Slippery situation
Listed as pet friendly but even after I called in advance to say I was traveling with my dog, they didn’t seem to know at front desk. Also the walkways are painted which makes them quite slippery when wet. I had a hard time walking in the rain.

We had a roach crawl across our bathroom counter. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and the bedsheets were stained with blood and the top dressings had stains on their white bed linens. The bed frame is old and the furniture are all falling apart and the ceiling in the bathroom is meant for someone no taller then, 5’6”! The best part of it was the front entrance and breakfast was a bit of a miss. The street is o busy with traffic and the phone nextdoor to us rang nonstop all night long and I told them this. Would never stay there again.

They lie!!!
Asked for a room on the 1st floor, because I have mobility issues. The staff lied consistely that they did not have 1st floor rooms. The infact have multiple rooms on the first floor, the hotel was not full at all. I saw housekeeping cleaning roo.s on the firsr floor and still, they lied and sait they had no rooms. Because I was in town for surgery, I did not have time to look for a room somewhere else. The morning of check out, the maintence or housekeeping came around and pounded on the door lije there was a fire. I guess that was considered a wake up call. This was the worse stay at this hotel ever!!! Not sure if they have changed management, but it is awful. The outright, bold face like was just too much!!

So sometimes our first floor doubles rooms are not always available, and we have to use our second floor. We do have handicap rooms available. Awesome check in at the front desk. He was very nice and helpful with recommendations whete to eat. In my room, at midnight the room next to me was VERY loud. I called the front desk and she said she would look into it. 15 min later still very loud. I call the front desk again and she was very rude and said she walked the hallway znd didn't hear anything. 30 min later their tv is still on 11 but no more yelling

Boat Trip
Hotel is older but refurbished. Room was clean. Check in was very pleasant with Rodney. We stayed on a Friday nite. There were a couple rooms partying above us, but the room was pretty well sound insulated.

Not the nicest, but tolerable. May because we had to small dogs, but still was just ok for an overnight stay.
