Gute Ausgangslage für Besuch in Boston
Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Highway, man hört jedoch von diesem keinen Lärm. Freundlicher Empfang beim Check-In. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Gang und in den Zimmer könnte besser sein. Nahe des Bettes lag eine offen Sicherheitsnadel. Das sollte nicht passieren.

Eggs at breakfast were unbearable so just stay away from those. But regardless the hotel is great and kept very clean no complains here!

Couldn’t even open the door to the room! Tried several cards, including master card with the maintenance guy and the desk person! No greetings upon arrival! No explanations! After complaining I was moved to a different room that still had a lock issue but they were able to open.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’ve come across the same issue with my room key. I was giving three keys and none of them work. I was giving three keys again and only one of them worked. Unfortunately, the key that worked doesn’t sense the sensor until the 3rd or 4th try and ideally I want to be in my room on the first attempt.

This is a basic property, but very clean and close to highway. Staff were friendly and took care of us well. Breakfast was included and good choices

Towels were dirty, bed sheets was dirty. They didn’t even replaced them before us. They just tried to make it look clean. Dirtiness is all around the bed, pillows and other stuffs. Luckily I saw couples of them and didn’t use the pillows and towels which are looks dirty. You can easily understand the one which has no dirt on it feels like didn’t get washed. I may get sick after this place. If it was a motel I could say it’s cheap place but they almost charge same price with holiday inn and residence in by Marriott. Will not my first second or third preference next time.

The room I was given smelled like weed, you could literally smell it down the hallway, the windows were open when we came in the room, there was old ice sitting in the container and water spilled all over the table. Room overall was dirty and messy, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here due to this experience.

It was quiet and the staff friendly. The bedding did not have a fresh smell. Its time to change your pillows. linens, and the bathroom shower curtains. They are old therefore, they are not maintaining a fresh smell.

They gave me a handicap room which was great. Had a lot of space but the shower didn’t drain. And had to switch rooms. Very inconvenient for me however staff did get me into a new room quickly. I’m not gonna base my stay on 1 bad thing. Overall ok I guess
