We offer, in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, this charming house of a surface of 83 m² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows :

On the first floor :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Separate toilet

On the second floor :
- Bedroom 1 : A double bed
- Bedroom 2 : A king size bed (180x200)
- A shower room with shower and WC adjoining
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Second floor :
- A mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed
- Games area

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

Outside :
- A beautiful south-east facing garden of about 250 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A terrace of about 25 m² exposed East with furniture

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the house.
