You will also enjoy a spacious Oceanfront Deck where you can gather to appreciate the sounds of the ocean waves. Three of the bedrooms come with their own private full bathroom. This 1537 sf Oceanfront Villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Please take notice that the front entrance has a video doorbell to provide security to the premises and safety for the travelers.

Some of the many Resort Amenities includes 6 Pools, an Adult Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Golf Courses, etc... All of the amenities require Resort Guest Cards which are available to purchase for guests 13 and over.

The Fripp Island Resort is an independent company that charges a resort fee to use their facilities. The Resort fee is 12.8% of the base rental, plus a $35 to $50 fee per Amenity Guest Cards per person (13 years of age or older). The Guest cards are optional and will be charged ONLY to those renters who wish to access the Resort's amenities.
