„I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days. ...

We arrived and our sheets had old stains and new stains (hard to the touch..), the floors were incredibly dirty, there was dirt build up in every corner of the hallways and rooms. We got switched to a new room after we informed them of the bedding situation but after walking in that room there were flies, dirty floors and the patio had cigarette buds on the ground. „The room had not been cleaned and was given to us. Nothing was one the bed. I called front desk right away and the lady said she would bring it up. She left for her shift without telling the next worker. No one brought it up, I had to go down and ask for bed sheets. Water was cold, towels dirty, floor was dirty and garbage was not taken out.“

„We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area.“

„This hotel property recently transitioned from a Hilton Garden Inn to a Wingate by Wyndham. They are still working out some issues with breakfast and amenities. The room was very clean but missing a soap dispenser in the shower. They kept running out of coffee and hot breakfast items. Staff was very friendly but seemed to always be playing catch-up. That said, I felt it was a good value and location and with some organization and improvements would be great stay.“
