We also loved our room with the futons and the onsen! Mr.Kobayashi and his team do their best to make you feel welcome at all times. Only thing you have to consider: if you come by bus, check the schedule because you don't have too many options and it is a pretty long ride from Kawaguchiko.“

„Staff were so friendly and helpful. The mount fuji view was the most amazing part of the stay. Super breakfast and onsen experience are just add on to these services. There is bus service every hour from hotel to railway station and back. I really recommend this stay for everyone. Hotel amenities were good. Japan hospitality is so great. Really enjoyed the stay. Cons:- bed was little hard. So i used two beds and 2 pillows to get proper sleep ( part of japan traditional beds on the floor) . “

It's great to have an entire grill area to yourself. Just bring some food to grill. There's a small market within walking distance (.5mile) that has things like deer sausage and veggies. „We thought this was a great facility - clean and modern. Beautiful! BUT, you need to walk about 4 blocks for breakfast from a convenience store. Suggest the hotel have a minimal continental breakfast such as croissants, yogurt, and some fruit. Nothing is in walking distance - had to take taxis to go anywhere.“
