Discover Sahl Hasheesh from our lovely apartment. This homely apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.


As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridgefreezer, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. Also equipped with a Tv and satellite channels.

For your convenience there is a restaurant on the ground floor and also a new supermarket called Spinneys. Wifi is available at the restaurant.

The apartment is a perfect place, beachfront and a balcony view.


There is one separate bedroom in this apartment which contains 2 single beds and 1 foldaway single bed. In the living area there is a small sofa bed only suitable for a small child.

There is a separate bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, towels and beach towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Private pool access and private beach access is included in your booking.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am.
- Only guests numbers that are stated in your booking are authorised to stay. Should you arrive with more guest(s), you will be refused entry with no refund, alternatively, the host may agree upon an extra guest fee per stay. Extra guest fees are 20€ for an adult and 10€ for a child, for a stay upto 7 nights. More than 7 nights the fee is 50€ for an adult and 25€ for a child.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the apartment.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Palm Beach Piazza, part of the Orbit group, does not accept ORFI couples. As a couple, if at least 1 adult is of egyptian origin, then an official Egyptian marriage certificate is required.
- You do not sub-let the apartment.
- You supervise your children at all times.
- Observe quietness between 9pm and 7am
- Do not leave your electricals charging unattended. Do not leave devices charging through the night. We will not take responsibility for damage to your personal
items due to this.
- You report any fault or damage to Reception immediately.
- Please be mindful and careful around the pool and beach area to avoid any injury.

If you are found to breach any rules, you will be asked to leave immediately.
