That area overlooks the bird sanctuary that can be used for outdoor dining and relaxing. The east side of the property has a brand-new saltwater gunite pool surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful gardens for total privacy.

Ideally situated between Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Sagg Main Beach, with all the amenities that only the Hamptons can offer, including Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Loaves & Fishes, and local farm stands just a stone's throw away. Transportation, including the LIRR and Hampton Jitney, are 5 minutes away as well.

The saltwater pool has a brand new heater. You can opt to have the pool heated for your stay at an additional fee ($150 per day).
