Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
This is a beautiful place, and we greatly enjoyed our stay!It was a bit difficult to figure out how to enter the driveway, but luckily Victoria was available and talked us thru it.The biggest problem we had was that 2 of the bedrooms were dark for 2 days because the mini blinds were unable to be raised (due to battery-operated miniblinds). The mini blinds in the main room were difficult to raise but we were eventually able to get them mostly raised. The problem with this is, in addition to these dark rooms where we couldn't see the gorgeous views!, that we kept getting messages repeatedly that someone would be coming in an hour, in a few hours, etc. I understand that there was a personal issue with one staff, but it took until the second evening while we were having dinner that someone finally came to put in new batteries.Other than that, the place was great! [Since the windows are just regular sized windows, those battery-operated mini-blinds are not needed, and because I would bet that these batteries will fail again, I'd recommend just replacing those battery-operated mini blinds with just regular pull up blinds!! ]The toilet seat in the bedroom off of the kitchen was very loose, and just needs to be tightened.The upstairs shower body wash was empty.But other than these relatively minor things, the place was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and safe!!!We loved it!
