Prime 2BR Upstairs Unit in the heart of Sacramento

The Space:

This is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom unit. We have a full sized bed in the front room and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. It has a kitchen and this home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is completely fine infront of the home. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit from 8AM-10PM except SAT & SUN. If it is necessary for you to park longer during these hours, the nearest paid public parking is available at 1200 F St, Sacramento, CA 95814 (Cross streets of Fat Alley and 12th St) Please be advised that the neighbor has a dog. There is no washer/dryer



Guest Access:

This is an upstairs unit. Guests would need to climb the stairs to reach their unit. This home also doesn't have a dedicated parking space. The other unit/s may also be occupied at the same time. Please be mindful of any excessive noise during quiet hours. If this is something you're not comfortable with, please reconsider booking with us.



Other Things to Note:

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)



HOT WATER

Please note that it needs at least 5 minutes of water running to get hot
