• No Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• No Visitors: Guests are not allowed to have visitors for security reasons.
• No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited; a $500 fee will be charged for any violations.
• No Drugs: Including medical cannabis, drugs are not allowed inside the property.
• Locals must contact us before booking.

Pest Control Disclaimer:
Our property is surrounded by beautiful trees, and while we conduct professional pest control monthly, stray bugs or critters may occasionally enter the home, especially during hot and dry weather. By booking, guests acknowledge this possibility.
