The large master bedroom features a king bed with a plush fabric headboard, cozy seating, a fireplace, and French doors opening to a deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a private entry/exit for added convenience. The sunroom doubles as a bright office with French doors, a glass door, and windows, flooding the space with natural light—perfect for remote work with high-speed Wi-Fi.

House Rules:
• No parties or more than 6 guests. All extra people need to be added to the guest list, including pets.
• No drug use—violations will result in immediate removal and no refunds.
• Quiet hours enforced after 10pm—disturbances of other guests will lead to eviction without refund
• No early check-ins or late check-outs
• Service dogs require documentation; all pets must be added to the guest list.

Back Yard:
The backyard is a communal and shared space with the two suites in the back second lot of the property. The suites are booked separately and have access to the detached bathroom outside. The second lot in the back yard is reserved for the guests that booked the suites. They come and go using the side gate and the area past the arch with the small green gate is their privacy. The outside bathroom in front of the side gate is their bathroom, please do not use their bathroom or go into their private space in the back second lot.

Bedrooms:
2 comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the living room features a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests with ease.

Living Area:
The spacious living room boasts two separate seating areas, providing ample room for relaxation, socializing, or movie nights on the flat-screen TV. It also has a Queen Sofa Bed providing additional sleeping area in the spacious Living Room.

Office:
A dedicated office space is available, perfect for working remotely or catching up on emails during your stay. Double French Door and Open Bar to Kitchen can easily convert to Sunrooms and Indoor/Outdoor Experince.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, the kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze.

Outdoor Area:
The generously sized backyard is beautifully illuminated with lights that stay on all night, creating a magical atmosphere. Equipped with outdoor seating and amenities, it’s the perfect spot to unwind or enjoy Sacramento's delightful weather.
