The Space:
The home is designed as a guest home with spacious, open-concept living areas and a private fenced-in putting green backyard. There are three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. We also offer guests anything they may need during their stay in the home!

-ALL Bathrooms -- Under each sink, guests will find a basket with cotton balls, makeup remover pads, floss picks, Q-tips, Tums, body lotion, and melatonin

-Kitchen: complete with high-quality, stainless steel appliances, large sink with window view, and any additional amenities guests may need to chef up a delicious dinner!
-Cleaning products, detergent, utensils, cooking basics, and cookware will all be provided to guests.

Known for having more bikes per capita than anywhere else in the United States, the city of Davis has 50+ miles of bike paths and activities for all ages! With over 50% of the population being students, it is a friendly & safe community, has food of all cultures, plenty of study space, and is always buzzing with activity!

Getting Around:
Go for a stroll, hop on a bike, or drive around -- Davis is very easy to navigate! The home is 25 minutes from the nearest airport: Sacramento International Airport. Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center is only 45 minutes away.
