„Früher muss es ein wunderschönes Hotel gewesen sein, man ahnt noch etwas von seiner Pracht. Mittlerweile allerdings leider heruntergekommen, es müsste einiges renoviert werden und auch die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.
Gewisse Dinge wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WC waren sauber, aber schon bei den Fenstern und Vorhängen hörte die Sauberkeit auf.
Schade um das schöne Haus, wenn nichts gemacht wird.

„The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

„We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 “

„Beautifully situated and comfortable traditional farmhouse accommodation. Michelle is an excellent host, nothing too much trouble, and with amazing breakfasts. It was so convenient to be able to walk directly from the door, with the Pennine Way literally on the doorstep. Would highly recommend as a base to explore Malham and the beautiful Yorkshire dales. “

„Hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The connecting pub next door was amazing and served a really nice breakfast in the morning . Staff were really helpful and overall really enjoyed our stay. Some parts in the rooms a little dated and worn (mainly in the bathroom) but rooms were spotless and beds were nice and comfy and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.“

„This was just a quick cheap stopover on our route from northern scotland to hampshire, but it was worth a LOT more than the £40 we paid. Massive room, very clean, lovely bathtub for a bubble bath, and a smart tv. Only complaint was there were no plug sockets by the bed but perhaps that's not a bad thing to avoid doom scrolling.

"Leider war der Weg zum Zimmer etwas beschwerlich. Steile Rampe zur Lobby und dann steiler Weg durch den Garten und eine sehr schmale Tür ins Hinterhaus. Leider kein Kofferwagen.
Die Parkanlage schön und ruhig.
WLAN sehr schlecht. Mussten ständig neu verbinden, was manchmal sehr lange gedauert hat.
Zimmer recht klein.
Einmal im Restaurant gegessen. War ok. Hähnchen war durch.
Wie in der Beschreibung schon steht, muss für Fitness/Pool extra gezahlt werden. Ist allerdings auch ein Stück über das buckelige Kopfsteinpflaster zu laufen. Ausstattung sehr gut, Publikum naja. (Ist ein öffentliches „Fitnessstudio“)."

Schlecht war dass der Geräteraum des großen Fitnessbereichs unter meinem Zimmer war und ab 7 uhr sehr lautstark Gewichte gehoben wurden, es gab regelmäßiges Knallen und der boden zitterte. Das geht gar nicht. "
