„The staff ia friendly and helpful“

„The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use ...

„Super Emfpang“

„Important: Cable Car and buses are for free in summer when you stay in Saas-Fee! Expensive for a hostel but very modern rooms. Nice breakfast buffet! Good dinner options available. Beautiful view from the terrace, room and dining area as well as from the swimming pool. Service at the reception could be a bit faster.“

„Clean room, but avoid the first floor if possible, room was dark. Breakfast was cheap, with low-quality items, but bread was fresh so it's filling... But not more. Tea time, with cake and coffee daily, was a nice treat. Staff was very friendly.“
