„Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.“

„The only disappointment we had was trying to change the thermostat and the a/c unit is very loud when it turns on and off.“

„We had a premium room with the Harborview, but there were no chairs in our room. When we asked for one to be delivered, it took a few hours and it was an armless Jetson style chair that had a big tear in it. Tough to enjoy the room, when there’s no place to sit other than on the bed.“

„Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!“
