„My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. „The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private.
